Karrick, you keep recycling your material. This is perfectly O.K. However, I would love to see you actually incorporating comments, as you are progressing.
I enjoyed your building services section more, as it was brought to life showing how you envision one aspect of its’ workings. I’m missing either labels that explain what I’m looking at, or more entourage. You did gymnastics to create a large space open to the elements on the ground, but you are not indicating what you think it might be used for. This section could help.
You are using the historic building as a form and style giver for your lower buildings. I would suggest you go further with it: Historically most often in row houses only the front façade is tall and ornate. The parapet gives the appearance of a more stately building. The roof slopes towards the rear and has a simple gutter to terminate the roof. In your situation, this old fashioned behavior could help get more light into your back yard, as your light cut-off would drop by +/- 4’.
