Kerrick, The students will be in their studios most of the time, yet they are currently in the middle of the layout. Exterior views and natural lighting are proven to improve learning. You should consider moving to an exterior space.
Kerrick, please see my comment on anne's blog about ht ebedrooms. Please add up the sqft for a total. The bubble diagram is to diagrammatic to be of much use. There are a few more spaces in your program description that should probably be layed out in the diagram?
Paul, thanks for the comment. I don't know whether the exterior contemplative space adjacent to the classrooms counts in your mind as exterior view and daylight... but that was generally the intent that adjacency.
